Terms and Agreements

What we provide for you, and exactly what is included in it, is set out in your quote or proposal. Where these terms say "the services", we mean the ones named in that document. Nothing on this page adds to, removes from, or changes that scope.

• We start work once your quote is accepted and any deposit named in it is paid.
• Ongoing services are billed per the schedule in your quote until either side ends them.
• Nothing renews or continues automatically unless your quote says so and you have agreed to it.

The work moves at the speed of what we are given. We need:

• Access to the accounts and systems the services touch.
• Content, photos, prices, and descriptions that are yours to use and accurate as written.
• A named person who can answer questions and approve work.
• Prompt replies — long gaps delay launch dates and reduce what the services can do.

Where we provide automated tools that speak or write on your clinic's behalf, they do so using the information and rules you approve. You stay responsible for what your clinic promises and for the professional advice given to your clients. You can ask us to change wording, pause a tool, or take a conversation back to a human at any time.

Fees, deposits, and billing dates are in your quote — we do not publish a price list because every clinic's scope differs. Invoices are due on the terms stated there. Work can be paused if payment is overdue.

We commit to doing the work properly, not to a number. Results depend on your market, your competition, the rules of the platforms involved, and how your clinic handles the interest we bring. The results shown on this site are real client outcomes, not a forecast of yours.

• You keep your brand, content, photos, client data, and history.
• You give us permission to use those materials to deliver your service.
• Once your project is paid in full, the deliverables named in your quote are yours.
• Our tools, prompts, templates, and methods remain ours; we grant you a licence to use them as part of your service.

You agree not to have us:

• Send messages or make calls that are unlawful, deceptive, or unwanted.
• Post anything that is fake, bought, or incentivised against a platform's rules.
• Use the services to interfere with another business or a platform.

You are responsible for claims made in your own advertising and for meeting the rules that apply to your profession.

Search engines, listing platforms, carriers, and other third parties set their own rules and change them without notice. We adapt as best we can, but we cannot promise how a platform will treat your profile or your website.

Either side can end the work at any time. Ongoing services stop at the close of the current billing period, and paid-for project work that is already delivered stays with you. We can suspend the services for non-payment or for misuse. When we finish, we hand over what you need to move on — logins, content, and data.

Our services are provided as described, with no warranty beyond the agreed scope. Nothing we provide is medical, legal, or financial advice. Where we are at fault, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service at issue, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits a liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top shows the last update, and the version live on this page is the one that applies.
